Who we are
This policy explains how SendSoon handles personal information when you use the site, create an account, or sign in. sendsoonai.com serves users outside mainland China. shandesong.com serves users in mainland China.
Google sign-in
On sendsoonai.com you can sign in with a Google account. Google shares your name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier with us. We accept the sign-in only when Google has verified the email address.
We store your name, verified email address, and Google account identifier (subject) so we can create your account and recognize it later. We do not store the profile photo file. shandesong.com does not offer Google sign-in.
Other information
If you sign in with an email code, we store the email address and the record that a code was sent. You may also add a name, phone number, and company to your profile. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and access time for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to create and sign in to your account, provide the features you request, prevent abuse, and reply when you contact us. We do not sell Google account data, and we do not request access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google products.
Storage
Account data is stored on the servers that operate the site you use. Account data for sendsoonai.com is stored on servers outside mainland China. We keep it only as long as needed to run the service, meet legal duties, or complete a deletion request.
